Bestselling fantasy novel Fourth Wing has taken the world by storm, and it’s not hard to see why. It has dragons, it’s set in a war college and it comes complete with a spicy enemies-to-lovers romance. Did we mention the dragons? Fourth Wing Hardback Edition
We’ll start with this one: it’s not really a special edition but it is a beautiful addition to your collection. The Hardback of Fourth Wing is covered with a golden sleeve and features large versions of the maps.

Fourth Wing Waterstones Exclusive Edition
Waterstones released a deep red hard back edition of Fourth Wing in 2023, but it’s no longer available to buy directly from the Waterstones website. You may be able to find it in stores if you’re particularly lucky, but otherwise we have seen it on eBay for around £80.
Fourth Wing Holiday Edition
If you’re willing to splash a bit of cash, there’s a stunning darker hardback version of Fourth Wing with sprayed black edges. To buy new from Abe Books, it will cost you close to £150 as these are highly sought after and no longer widely available.
Fourth Wing Fairyloot Edition
Another golden hardback, this time with stencilled edges that are very, very cool, but it’s another rare find that will set you back close to £200 on eBay. Fairyloot is a fantasy book subscription box that you might love, though – we included it in our round up of the best cute and cosy subscription boxes.
Fourth Wing Bookish Box Edition
Some would argue that we’ve saved the best two for last. This one strays away from new colours or sprayed edges and goes for a whole new design, and it’s beautiful. Plus, they’re all signed by Rebecca Yarros herself. It’s from a US-based subscription box called Bookish Box, and can be found on eBay for somewhere in the region of £150.
Dreamerwhale Fourth Wing Special Edition
From Dreamerwhale, another subscription box but this time based in Italy, published an English Special Edition of Fourth Wing that is also a total departure from the original cover design. It’s really difficult to get hold of this one, though, so if you do happen to spot one, snap it up quickly!
